We are not in network with any insurance companies. Many clients choose to not utilize their insurance benefits because it enhances client privacy, choice, and power within the counseling setting. It also promotes a focus on health and strengths rather than a focus on pathology since insurance companies require the client be given a mental health diagnosis for therapy.

Initial Consult
You may be wondering if therapy is right for you or if you can find the help you are seeking. The first step is to use the Contact Us form to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We will talk about what you would like to get out of therapy. You can also ask any questions you might have. If the fit seems right we can talk about next steps.
First Session
Prior to scheduling the first session, you will be emailed documentation to complete. During the first session, we will talk about your personal history and your reasons for seeking therapy. We will also review your submitted documentation. Together we will decide the best approach for you. All sessions occur remotely through a HIPAA-compliant secure video portal.
Continuing Therapy
Usually after the first two sessions, you will know whether you want to continue in therapy. The length of therapy is different for each person and depends on your needs and wants. You can end therapy any time you would like.
